My first Christmas Eve service.

Just came home from doing a 5pm Christmas Eve kids service. Used my Tele and my Ibanez TSA "stack", and my Marshall VibraTrem set to a subtle mid speed trem. It sounded so sweet: it was clean, but had a nice compression thing going on. When I finished I checked the back, and it was set on 5watts!!
Played mainly "tic-tac" style bass on the neck pickup, except for taking the lead in "Silent Night". The band was acoustic guitar, piano and piano accordion. And a little cutie playing tambourine.
The little kids had a ball singing along, and I'm really glad I put my hand up to do these "gigs".

Cheers, Merry Christmas and God Bless

I'm not sure how many I've played in now, but I love every one of them. I'm also playing bass tonight except for "Silent Night" where I'm playing acoustic. We are doing that song the same way Casting Crowns does it. Other than that, bass on 'What Child is This', 'The first Noel (Here we are to worship)', and then 'O Holy Night'.

I hope you all have a merry CHRISTmas and I'll see ya'll around here in the new year.

Merry Christmas from snowy New Brunswick, Canada!
