60th Tele body and PUs

I tried a 2 tone 60th Tele from GC and it is apparently FSR model.
Fender Special run for GC
It was not set up right and the Vintage PUs seemed squirrely to me... possibly the set up.
After going round and round with the GC set up guy who was an idiot I returned it.
Now I am seeing a 2 tone 60th in a different store that appears to have One piece body and standard PUs.
Is this a reg 60th and not a FSR???
What are the differences?

I'm puzzled as to which guitars you're looking at.

"60th" doesn't say much as all 2011 models are "60th" in some manner; the special ones are those FMIC won't be offering in 2012.

The FSRs occurring in 2011 also get this basic "60th" attribution but Guitar Center decides what features to order.

No, that's not gonna be a 1 piecer. Might be a veneer; might be sweet piece matching, but the "Production" boys at Fender don't see any 1 piece bodies, just the CS in some instances.

You could check out some of these other "FSR" threads at TDPRI through a search and check out the pictures, to find the models you're seeing.

I am referring to the 60th anvers. USA Tele that lists for $1399.00 aprox.

Okay I have come to the conclusion that this is a 2 piece body but it is really hard to tell.
And yes I am very happy.!!
