Odd "Hounder" bass

Odd bass on shopgoodwill. It is rare I see something I have not seen before.

Could be pretty neat with the SideWinder pickup.

It does look like a heavily modded Hagstrom bass. Love to give that a try, but not bidding.

For that price I'd want a Hagstrom that was all original. Or are they going for more money than $235 these days?

Unfortunately they do go for more, but I wouldn't pay more than that for an all-original Hag either.

Would not be my choice but it is somehow a looker.

To me it looks like the decal says "Flounder." I think someone with an odd sense of humor modified that bass.

Sold for $235.00 plus shipping. Not bad to my thinking actually, but hard to tell without playing it.
