an old Ibanez "Lawsuit Series" Les Paul Jr. They're made in Conneticut by a guy named Paul McEwan who's on this Forum. They operate the same as a P/W bender in that you push down on your neck and the strap actuates the bender. There's also a spring tension adjustment on the device. I had mine put on the Ibanez and later moved it to a Les Paul and back again the the Ibanez. They're easy to move from guitar to guitar. Here's some shots of mine...........JH in Va.
