Independent volume wiring.

Hi, a friend wants me to wire up his bass. He picked up a Hartke for 5 bucks at garage sale but all the wiring was cut. He picked up some cts pots and would like it wired with an independent volume for each pick-up (two) and a master tone. It has a precision in the neck and a jazz pick-up in the bridge position. There is no switch.Any help would be appreciated.
