Evans amp club

Anyone else out there run your teles or any other guitar
for that matter through these creamy tone machines?

Nice to see an attempt to start an Evans club, but yeah...not alot about. Been on the lookout for a super deal on a used RE 200. I think they're the best sounding and coolest SS amps. Super quiet, but a ton of clean headroom. They can get a nice fat ballsy sound with a tele. The controls provide alot of tone shaping. Not a fan of super high gain distortion and noise, so they really appeal to me. Saw Redd V use one a few years ago with the Twangbangers and he sounded great (he'd be awesome thru anything though).

Let me add myself to this list. I'm the proud owner of a JE200. I haven't found a situation or guitar that doesn't sound great through this amp. I'm a huge fan!

I have an Evans 80 that I bought in the 90s and used with a big band for awhile. At the moment the amp's retired, but it's the best amp I have for use with a tele.

I have an Evans Hybrid 300 Custom with a JBL K130 in it
4- 7025, and one 12bx7 in the preamp section, solid state power amp, all hand wired

An Evans JE-200 paired with an Evans 12" Ext. Cab is my favorite, most-played amp. The only amp that successfully translates my ES-335 period. The cleanest, warmest, most transparent and accurate guitar amplifier I've ever played. If you want purity of tone from your telecaster, Evans is the best. If you want amp overdrive/distortion you'll have to look to the tube amps, but I'll hang on to the Evans for day to day practice and play. I bought a mint 1998 for $500 on ebay and drove 800 miles to pick it up... no regrets.
