Perhaps one of the most common questions we get at Telenator is, "What bridge pickup should I use to get a good balance with the new, aftermarket neck WRHB on my Tele Custom?"

We've given this some thought and found the answer right in front of us! NONE!

The Telenator MOD1 WRHB with 12 alnico rod magnets, has a dc ohms reading of 8K making it ideal for the neck position while using a standard Tele single coil bridge pickup.

Our MOD2 and Limited Edition CuNiFe WRHBs, as well as vintage and other aftermarket WRHBs are in the 10K to 10.6K range making them very loud when compared to the traditional single coil bridge pickup.

While the true vintage Tele Custom sound is achieved using a vintage output bridge combined with a WRHB neck pickup at 10.5k, some people prefer to have a more balanced output level from both pickups.

Our MOD1 at 8K fits the bill nicely. Slightly brighter than our other offerings, the MOD1 has that sweet, alnico rod magnet singing tone with tight, well defined lows making it one of the most articulate and well defined neck pickups we've ever heard.

MOD1 sounds best with the same 250K pots most commonly used for Tele single coils.

Get the best of both worlds. An alnico rod magnet, 8k WRHB neck pickup, with all it's clarity and bite coupled with that great traditional Tele bridge pickup. A great sounding, well balanced, Tele Deluxe is now possible!

Telenator MOD1. At $85, it's the best deal in town!
