SC bridge that will cover an HB route?

I love my Schecter PT - it's nice, lively guitar and plays well - but just don't have any use for the bridge humbucker anymore. Tele bridge pickups are where it's at for me.

The guitar presently has this bridge on it:

It's nearly 3 1/2" wide to cover the HB route. Does anyone know of a similar bridge that's cut to fit a normal Tele bridge single-coil? Using any normal Tele bridge would leave a serious case of butt crack.

Yeah, that wouldn't be butt crack, so much as butt crevasse!

Sorry, but I certainly don't know of any vintage SC Tele bridge that wide. The Gotoh Modern Tele bridge is 3 1/8" and that's as wide as I've ever seen.
