Does anyone else "rediscover" guitars they already have?
Probably sounds kinda dumb but that's exactly what happened to me last night. I'll preface by saying that I have many more guitars than I need and some don't get played very often. Some say that if you don't use them you should get rid of them...........I did that years ago and regretted so now I tend to keep them.
Anyway, I plugged in a strat that I hadn't really set down and played for at least a couple of years and was really pleased at how terrific it felt and sounded.........ended up playing for a couple of hours. It was excitement like getting a brand new guitar!
The guitar: 2004 50th Anniversary ash 2TS strat.
