I am interested in what members have to say about this Bass, (G&L LB 100) Mostly tone. Is it like a classic P or maybe a P with a new twist ? I have a G&L SB 1, is it something like that or ?..... And so on...
Thanks !

I play with a guy who has a fretless LB 1000, but I know nothing about an LB 100. The LB 1000 is a beautiful instrument, very solid and warm sounding. It blends well with acoustic guitar and drums and does a good job of coving upright bass parts when you don't want to drag the doghouse around.

See Greg's "GG Jaguar" website for info on the Legacy/LB100. (http://www.ggjaguar.com/legbass.htm)
Started life as the Legacy bass.
Uses an alnico slug pickup, instead of the MFD "split P", as found in the SB1 second generation basses.
