help identify a guitar

i have an old nylon string guitar i cannot find any info on. i know its probably not but it looks like an old martin, and it has a brass plate with a brand named shelley tacked on the head stock and a faded serial number in the body. i know there is a brand called shelley park guitars but they all look like gypsy jazz style. has anyone heard of my guitar.
