how to post

I have no idea how to post on this site-can someone please tell me what [I] am missing?
When I login,I can't find a "post message"button,or location-Help! Thanks, OLDTELEGUY

To start a new thread chose the forum you want to post in and click the large "New Post" button on the top left hand side of the thread index in that forum.
