Has anyone experimented with cap and resistor values to find the best combo for a Tele? I do it all the time in my Strats and after 7 months without one in my T-Style guitar I think I want to give it a try as I am losing a lot of zing when I turn down for rhythm.
Thanks.

I don't like them in mine.

on one of my Tele's a .001 µF cap only.
Otherwise most everything else has the Fezz Parka mod.

+1 - try Fezz Parka wiring instead, treble bleeds make Teles sound thin and tinny...

I use 680pF/220K. Works real well.
You really need that resistor in parallel to smooth it out. With just a capacitor, you get the thin and tinny result like Roman describes.

I will look at the Fezz Parka mod. My guitar is wired a little differently than any other diagram I have seen, so I will need to see how different it is from the FP mod already.
