Will Am Standard neck fit Deluxe body? [Archive]

Will a Fender American Standard neck fit a Stratocaster Deluxe body? The heel pocket is different and the heel of the neck will require a new hole, but I was wondering if there is a dedicated neck just for the Deluxe. It seems like Fender grabs a standard neck and drills a fifth hole.
