Looking for a specific guitar!!! [Archive]

I am looking for a strat style guitar called Premier I had one growing up an it also said phantom on the headstock. Mine was red with black pg and knobs. I saw one that looked like it on eBay but it didn't say phantom and it was all black (details details I know) but it was my first gat and I want one like it maybe even the same one. I heard it ended up in Hawaii lol. Long story. Anyway, anybody have one or heard of them. They are cheap guitars usually selling for 125 ish used at least that's what the guy that sold mine said
