I couldn't find info on anything other than the Martin.......? Which is a Beauty...... but I wanted to see the BERNIE TELE!

Yes, he has not posted a pic of Bernie's Tele - I am gonna tell him he needs to get that up. Also a bigger picture of that Martin.

I don't think this is the original that I did for Bernie which he used on some of the first Eagle's hits. It looks to me to be one of Gene's. Let's see what Rick is able to find out. I just spoke with Fred last week, too bad I didn't know about this I could have asked him! Timing is everything!

I need to get down and spend an afternoon at Fred's too. Wonder if he sold that Still's D-28 yet.
I'd like to hear more of your story, Dave. I'm kinda new to this whole bender-world.

Ormond, you can check out the history of the Pull String at www.evanspullstring.com. There is also a lot on the net in regards to Gene Parsons who actually invented it with Clarence. Plus the regulars on this forum are quite in the know.

My bender tele is a lot like Bernie's.
Though I heard Clarence White's first, it was Bernie that made me get one.
I'd better collect some pop bottles and mow a few lawns!

I've known Fred for a long time, even played in church a few times. I didn't have to go for jury duty but I may be able to get there next week.
