Y-splitter for Boss FS5U to two DD-5's

Does anyone have a good recommendation for how to make or where to purchase a good y-splitter that would go from one Boss FS5U footswitch to two Boss DD-5 pedals?

You can buy one easy enough and making one is easy but it will look ugly ass unless you get shrink tubing to cover where the cable splits rather than black tape.

You can probably find one in Guitar Center, Sam Ash, or Best Buy (if you have a BB that sells guitar stuff).

I bought one at Guitar Center to run two FS-5Us from my Boss RC-3 drum machine. Check the recording section, perhaps hanging on the wall with all the studio and specialty cables.

Radio Shack. You don't need a high quality splitter since the cable won't be in your signal chain. I used to split my tap tempo pedal out to a DD-5 and DD-20 and the cheapest Radio Shack splitter worked great for several years. [edit; it never broke, I just moved to different delay pedals. It is sitting in the bottom of a gear drawer in perfect working order.]
