Vox 847 wah mod problem

Hi to all,

This is my first pedal modified. I have done the bypass and LED instalation mod but something strange happens when in chain with my othe pedals (mostly boss pedals).

If I connect just my vox (guitar>wah>amp) everything is fine!

Now, when my wah is engaged alone on my effects chain it gets louder that it should be. If any boss effect (not bypassed) is set on, the volume gets more equal.

The last think I have tried is to put the Wah last on the chain, after all the effects. The volume is still louder when it is on, no matter what pedal is engaged.

Is it something to do with mixing true and non true bypass pedals? I think not, but what is the answer?!?!

I have the same WAH at the front of my chain and I never have that issue.
But then, mine is stock still...
