Anyone use these pedalboards? I am quite happy with my current Pedal Train and PP2 along with a typical mix of homemade and boutique effects. But I have a handful of other pedals that mostly just sit in a milk crate in my music room. And a lot are Boss pedals, enough to fill the six spaces available on the BCB-60. I tend to mod them somewhat often, play them that day, then toss it back into the crate. I was thinking this might be a good way to keep them out and easily playable. It seems super cheap as well for a board and power supply. My thoughts are to use mostly modulation effects on it, stuff that is rarely needed. And if perhaps I would like to somewhere it would be pretty convenient. I was also thinking, if I did use it with my main board, of putting it in a bypass loop. Would this work? Thanks,

I've got one mainly because I tend to buy Boss pedals and it was the easiest way to store them away, transport and use them. I've had absolutely no problems with it and it does exactly what I need (storage, transportability etc). I have no experience of putting them into a bypass loop.

I have one, haven't gigged with it yet. Seems like a very well thought-out mass produced board. Not as fancy as a custom-build or DIY board, but very self-contained and easy to move. Built-in power supply, patch cables, foam inserts, make it a good deal I think, and I'd trust a Boss one more than the Behringer equivalent. Doesn't seem to be noisy or anything, though some folks say it is. I also hear the plastic hinges that hold the cover in place can break easily, but I guess some people are rougher than others. Guitar jack in (naturally), and stereo or mono out. I haven't put it on a bypass or FX loop, but I don't see why not. Hope that helps!

I have and use the little 3-pedal Boss board and I love it! I know this sounds goofy but I kind of "censor" myself from using more than 5 pedals for any one gig:
the little Boss board has my TU-2 tuner and DD-3 "permanently" in slots #1 and #3 (I run a One Spot into the Tuner and daisy chain off that...), #2 is my OPEN slot for only one of the following: Boss TR-2, Boss CE-5 or a Phase Shifter (I just decide which one is best for the kind of music for the gig, I'm in different kinds of bands). The I run one or two OD pedals (Not Boss) BEFORE the Boss board and just on battery....works great for me!

I considered it but went with a Pedaltrain board with a nylon case. Very well made.

But I've had to do a few customization of my own...the volume and wah pedals are too bulky to fit in their slot, so I've had to velcro the bottom. Same thing for my Digidelay, since it's not a Boss pedal.

Friend has a BCB60 filled to the brim with various vintage Boss pedals. He cut the ends little holes so he could put in straight head cables. Works great, built like a Boss, great things if your a all-Boss guy.
