can anyone tell me that has a digital caliper or some kind of accurate measuring tool:

what is the distance between the top of the fretboard and the top of the body at the body join?

Also, typically, what is the neck angle on a tele if there is any? sorry for the noob questions. I'm attempting a build.

I've got about 1/4" maybe a hair more (still have pickguard on) on mine, neck pocket is 5/8" deep, and flat. Necks are typically 1 inch at rear center, no angle.

.375 but that number varies depending on finish type and thickness. Some necks are a tad thicker than an inch.
