Hi all, I'm way new to the bender. I just ordered a Duesenberg-Multibender to bend the g and b. I'll more then likely build a lapsteel around it as my uncle is a Luther and is awesome. I'd like to through out some questions if I could.
First off don't solo but on a lap I can make great sounding more back ground sounding stuff.
1. If I put it on my tele and use it for fretting and slide what would be the most versatile tuning to use? Open G? Standard? Any idea's and explanation are welcome.
2. If I go with the lap what tuning? Duesenberg likes open E. I don't know why I guise the g and b bender in that tuning gets you some pedal steel sounding moves? Any advise would be very kind I don't do my theory so this would help.
