breadboard blues

I can' t get this fuzz face to work . I have been checking voltage and I lose it at the output cap where it connects to volume pot.I am using schematic from runoffgroove.com http://runoffgroove.com/multiface.html

I am thinking of making a signal probe if that may help.
Also led doesn't lite up, but not sure it should, as I think it is just to protect the transistors.

I think you should post this in the shock brothers thread. No one will probably respond to it in here. This is just to test posting pictures or things involved with the forum not actually testing guitar equipment.
