Downloaded app update...now it won't work.

I downloaded the new update and the app won't advance to the login screen before closing. I deleted and redownloaded it, but it didn't take. I just wanted to give you a heads-up. Any help would be appreciated.

That happened to me also. Contact the apps website. It probably is not compatible with the new OS. The app I had was updated in about a week and now works fine.

If it helps, when I went to settings and clicked on the TDP app, under version it says "???". Lol.

Yea I've tried that twice but it still won't work at all.

I updated my app for iPhone yesterday and mine won't work now either. I also uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help me either.

I upgraded my iphone app yesterday and have no issues.

after about 1 second.

It is just a limited number of people. We don't know why. We're working with the programmer to fix it. But the majority of folks have no problem with it, so that make it difficult to hunt down.

I just restored my iPod to factory settings and reinstalled all the apps and music. It looks like that did the trick. It took a few hours to get everything in place, but the app works now, so it was more than worth it!
