ESD 1275 Dimensions

Hello,

I want to build myself a nice copy of the Gibson ESD 1275 double neck guitar. Apart from the obvious difference of peghead-length:

Are the necks identical in dimensions?

What scale did Gibson use and what is the angle between the centerline of the two necks? They do not seem parallel to me but slightly tilted.

I have a plan here but I do not trust in it's accuracy so any input is highly appreciated.

Thanks guys!

The 1275 is one of the classic double necks, for sure, but I really like the layout of this one: http://www.tdpri.com/forum/guitar-owners-clubs/182094-double-neck-club.html#post2908490 (reply #21).

I have the plans in PDF. PM me your email address and I'll email them to you, the file larger than the limit size here.

You can print it at 100% and make your templates with that. I'm getting ready to start mine too.

Good luck with your build.

here's a link to a set of plans with dimensions: esd 1275 (http://www.tdpri.com/forum/tele-home-depot/157004-printable-guitar-template-pdf-4.html#post2759463)

Thanks fluid69, that's the same plan I had. Tone_Chaser is this your plan as well? I always thought there was a slight angle between the necks but according to the plan there isn't.

And the 12-string neck is the same dimensions as the 6-string neck in the plan and that just feels wrong to me. Does anyone have a 1275 to take some measurements off?
