Anyone out there know how to reach Alfonso Hermida ? Where is his factory ? What state / city ? I can't find a telephone
number on him. I have emailed him 2-3 times and nothing. Theoretically he makes a great peddle. His peddles got to be better than his customer service or
at least I hope so. It doesn't appear as though he sells through any retail outlets. Maybe there is one store somewhere ? Any help appreciated.

That's Alf... nice guy, fantastic pedals, but poor communication because of the huge amount of emails he gets every day. Typically, when you email him that you want a pedal, the only response you get will be a request for payment once the pedal is ready to ship (a couple of days for the Zendrive now). I agree, it can be frustrating... but the only options are to either buy used, or do it Alf's way.
Edit: It looks like Alf has redone his site, and it now has a shopping cart & support page... definite improvements, and I'm not sure how he could make it any easier to get a Zendrive.

Here is his website

You can order direct from there or go the used route.

I jammed with a guy on Friday who was using a Zendrive 2 and it sounded ****ing amazing. Probably worth the inconvenience or frustration if you have the cash to drop on one.

Thank guys, I finally heard from him. I still have questions regarding the function of the
tube. I'll have to keep playing mail tag with him. I am glad to hear about the zendrive 2.
I will probably go in that direction.

Here are some TGP threads about the Zendrive 2, maybe they'll help... Alf himself even chimes in on a couple of them:
