Need help with pedal setup. Please

First let me say I'm new here and this site is amazing. That aside I have somewhat of a dilemma and am curious what others might do here. I have an skb ps-45 powered pedal board and I currently run my shure slx wireless to it then to the boss tu-2>bad monkey>blues driver>fat boost 3>Deja vibe>fishman aura di, then out to fender acoustasonic jr.

I play in a country band an I play mostly acoustic but just got my Mesa boogie mark v amp so I can start rockin my tele on stage. I swapped out my fishman di for the Bbe Acoustimax(which is amazing) however there's no bypass.

So now I'm running 2 amp (1 acoustasonic, 1 mark v) the acoustasonic is really just a monitor as I'm running direct from Bbe to Avalon u5 to PA. but I sometimes like to add a little flavor to the acoustic as well with my other pedals and would love to have all my pedals kept in the pedal board. Any suggestions on running the cabling? Or do you think a TS Y cable from the tuner (1 end to the next pedal in line and the other to the Acoustimax and just muting that pedal when not in use) would so the trick?
