Delay with 1 1/2 beat tap tempo

Hi folks.

I think it's Albert Lee who does a trick where he has a delay that slaps back at 1 1/2 beats so it he plays notes 1 2 3 4 on quarter notes then the sound that comes back is 1 2 1 3 2 4 3 and it gives you some really cool licks.

Does anyone know of a delay pedal where I can tap the quarter notes and have the pedal give me the 1 1/2 beat delay?
