modern Tele wiring w/o tone control on bridge

Is there a way to use the modern Neck- Both - Bridge wiring but take the bridge out of the tone circuit using just the 3-way without using an additional mini toggle or push pull pot?

Move the wire from the tone pot to the vol pot to the lug of the switch that has the neck (hot) wire.
