The Snake .... Played by Sue Foley
Has anyone ever come across a tab of this song?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nq1RxzjHX4g
I'd like to learn a part or two. I'll never be able to figure it out from watching the video.
Thanks,
octatonic

Would you like to know the process for transcribing it yourself?
I don't do tab but I can show you the dots if that helps.

Just quickly grabbed the first riff for you from the recording.
The main riff is repeated a bit.
To get it on the IV chord just go up a 4th & up a 5th to get to the V chord.
I put it up the octave so you don't have to deal with ledger lines.

the 3 on the E string is your root note, G. Then play the same figure starting on C (3rd fret A string) and then D (5th fret A string). That should get you started with the main hook

The offer is appreciated but I must admit that I'm so new at this it would probably be way over my head. I taught myself, using the info on tdpri, how to build a Tele including pickups, neck, control plate and other parts. Now I need to learn how to play it.
Here is a photo of the last tele I built. I think learning how to build one is going to be a bit easier then learning how to play one.
