I crave some BBQ, however... Tim marshman September 23rd, 2010, 10:06 AM Not lookin' forward to gettin' past Dover on a Nascar weekend, but these things hafta be done. If I wasn't transportin' most of the band, I might've come down early and watched YOU play. Freezer's gettin' low, so I might have to go and buy a pile of meat for the smoker next week. Been really digging the Chuck Roasts lately--4 or 5 hours (as opposed to the 8-12 for a Brisket) and good & tasty, especially in chili. Always leave room for a Corned Beef, ya know!
