Wiring Help Tele – 2 Volumes

I need help for my Tele.

I want this wiring but without the 3 Way Switch:

Can someone post a wiring diagram without the switch.

i cant find a diagram
you just solder the hot from the jack to the center lug on the pots then solder your pickup hot from the pickup to the left lug of the pot
