Fender USA Tele style Bullet [Archive] - Telecaster Guitar Forum

I have a chance to buy a Fender USA Bullet Tele shaped guitar for $400
plus original HS case. Tried it once...neck pickup seemed high output with
a creamy snarl. It's from 1981 I think he said. The neck seemed OK with a rosewood fretboard. Color is fire engine red. Top loader through the end of the turned of scratch plate. The sound almost has an SG quality (with P-90s).

Any thoughts on the price?
