First Strat!

For a first Strat, that's a pretty great start! My CIJ Strat is still my number 1.

Lenny, I can identify. I remember seeing the coral color ones about when they came out. I wanted to like them really bad, but I have been extremely critical about Strats that I've tried through the years.

Oddly, most all of the Strats I've given a second listen to have been rosewood boards, while the Teles have all been maple. Go figure.

I'm looking way too close at things on this axe right now, and noticing very interesting nuances, like about how the pole pieces are staggered different on the bridge pup from the other two. Strange or not? I dunno. It's a new world for me.
