Your Thursday 80's Flashback Album...

Today we feature the sixth studio album from Van Halen " 1984." From start to finish, a great album. Many folks may have a bit of a block on this album due to the heavy rotation on MTV and the radio it received. This was also the coming out party for Eddie on keyboards ( he is classically trained pianist from childhood ). My favorite cut, " Hot For Teacher." Great drums, great guitar and super cool video. I was 10 years old and remember sitting on the stairs of my mother's townhome listening to "One" and being completely blown away. I started listening to their back catalog and couldn't believe what I had been missing.
