Is this a good plan? Louthunder May 27th, 2010, 04:53 PM This is a good plan for you. Put in a 4 way pup selector sw too, and go w/both caps. For me though, I love that little sucker just the way she is! I did have plans to do a little overhaul, but after playing it in a live gig situation,I love it just the way it is!! I am thinking the SH-55 with Alnico II mags at the neck both a .022 and 500k vol pot might be the best starting point. I always thought the pickup ring over the guard looks a bit kludgy, but personal preference I guess.
