Hello from the Rockies [Archive] - Telecaster Guitar Forum

Just joined after finding and contributing to a two-year old thread buried in your archives. I'm an old guy who has been playing for 50 years, off and on professionally, now in a regular band but pretty much as an avocation. I have a lot of gear, including Fender, particularly amps, along with a '52 Tele RI, so I guess that qualifies me to be part of a Telecaster forum. I started playing in 1960 during the surf craze while residing with my parents in Southern California right in the middle of it all. I tend to gravitate toward Strats more than Teles, although I have a couple of vintage Jags, too, but I primarily play acoustic electrics and hybirds. I am active on several other guitar forums, where I am primarily known for my bandroom. You might guess why from the sample photos below.
