removing paint

Just hoping to get some feed back on the best way to take the body paint off of a squire tele. Read through some similiar posts and cant decide whether paint remover, sanding, a razor, or a heat gun is best. Might go with with the natural finish or might even relic it. Its a players guitar for sure and I've already started a bit with a razor. Just hoping for some advice and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Thanks

20 minutes with a razor blade and 300 grit sandpaper. Yeah

To do it properly you'll really need to take it to bits.

strip down the guitar and find some Citrustrip, Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart carry it... paint the stuff on, throw it in a trash bag and let it sit for a day and with the plastic putty knife start scrapping... Took a couple days... started on tuesday finished by saturday.

Heat and a scraper.
