Thanks Mike for the kind words, I've got a few more on youtube which I may put up some time. It did have a drop out when it was recorded which was a computer glitch.
May I ask what "mc" is?

Muudcat,

I think it's a great song and your performance was superb--loved it!

What tuning are you using?

Thanks for posting!

Thanks Ed,
It's taken a lot of time to get this vid " out there". Any way I use double drop D on this song with an F harp. When I play live I some times capo to F, again with the double drop D and an Ab harp. If you check out my youtube sight I have a few more, one song I use two capos, one cut to only cover 4 strings. It's a really cool sound, creates a kinda sus 4 effect.
Looks like we're from the same era, hopefully I can get some vids of me on a Tele through my little Vox AC 15. It rocks!

Thanks 64S,
Unfortunately the guy that videoed it for me had some kind of computer problem, a drop out, so I had to go with it. He's a good friend so I couldn't fault him ( damn computers!)I'll be back in LA next month and we plan to re-record it and maybe "loosen it up" a bit. Funny, of the four vids I made this one had a flaw and there wasn't any thing he could do to repair it. I was back in Wis. by the time we found out.

Excellent job. Poised and confident, sounded great and believe me I'm not usually a fan of harp racks!

Nice tone and body style on your Taylor too!

I really appreciate the comments about my vid and playing. Like many of you I've worked for years ( 46) playing gigs and trying to be creative, not only in my musicianship, but in my writing, which as any one who has tried, is quite difficult. Complements ( and criticisms) from my peers are extremely important to me and your words just go to show the generosity and passion many of the forum members have for not only Teles ( and other guitars)but music in general. Not everyone will like what I do, but it's such a great feeling to know that ones creations actually work and that just maybe I'm on the right track.
Since I'm so new on TDPRI I feel a little weird even showing what I do, but I've seen so many fantastic examples from others on this site that I was hoping that I might fit in here some how.
Now if I could just learn how to play better lead on my electrics I'd be in Tele heaven. Many thanks!
Now I gotta go turn on the amp and get busy.
