Message under user name

How do I change the message under my user name to something other than "NEW MEMBER!"? Do I need to be a member for a certain amount of time before I get an to change it?

It's determined by your number of posts.

As BigDaddy said, it's determined by your post count. Make one more post and it'll change to "TDPRI Member".
