Not sure which forum to post this on, but, what the hell, guess I'll work from the "Macro" 2 d "Micro" here..... I just sold my "Nashville" Tele (MIM) which I had mod'd 2 b both Strat (tone pot, normal, pushed in..... to both Tele PUPs, pulled out...) because even though I love maple fingerboards ( I think they're the sexiest thing......not to mention, WAY KEWL from a vintage retro stand point..!)
once I start tryin' bend and shake notes, I find myself wishin' 4 a rosewood FB! So, I figured, just sell it and buy a rosewood FB one! Easy. Right? Well, yeah..... but....... !!!????!!!
Anyway, after lookin' everywhere ( and just barely missin' some rosewood FB "Nashville" ones on eBay.....((arrrgh!!!)) I just happened to be at a local guitar store, lookin' for somethin' else..... ( a Gretsch ), which they no longer had.....
as I was leavin', I just happened to ask if they had any Teles ( they aren't a Fender dealer....) and they pointed me to a rack of Teles, where I found a blond, maple FB Tele ( there were others, but, like I said, I'm a sucker for blonds ((guitars included)), so I didn't even look at the others....), which when I checked it out, turned out 2 b a Korean made Tele with the most beautiful birds-eye maple FB, with abalone dots instead of the usual black, vintage tele brass 3 way bridge, and a Seymore Duncan bridge PUP! I immediately told them to put it away for me ( after plugging it into a vintage Fender amp! )And then to make things even better, it turned out to have a immaculate tweed fender case!! So, I have a couple days to think about it!
Yeah, I know, it is not a rosewood FB, but it is so nice!
Does anyone know about these Korean-made Teles, with SD bridge PUP, etc.? If so, I would love to hear from ya ( b4 the marriage is "consummated")
Yo! Tanks!

I got one too.
Made in 2004, natural finish, black single ply pickguard, birdseye neck.
For me its a keeper, it plays great. I've since added a 4 way switch to give it a bit more grunt, though i love the neck pickup just the way it is.
Also added a Hipshot B & G bender with a drop D to give me the chance to play some great county licks , i love it ( the wife hates it ) as long as I'm happy !!!
Go for it Jack
