wah doesn work when engaged

just picked it up used from guitar center and didnt think to try it out....

dry signal is fine but when engaged it totally cuts out.... i threw a new battery in and still nothing... any ideas?

maybe you two crazy kids should just date.

take it back.... let them laugh at you when it works, then you'll know how to use it.

It is broke. Take it back.
