Ok, Tele Thin line body, flame maple top on a mahogany body.
We sanded to 320 grit and then did a clear grain filler, (Stew Mac), wiped it clean and then resanded with 320 and it looked good except for some light spots that I figured would even out with the tounge oil. We are going for a clear satin nitroceluous finish.
After the first coat of oil we can see a couple of edges with a light sealer 'shadow'.
Do I re-sand and then re-oil the whole thing or can I spot sand and re-oil?
Add sanding sealer at any time?
It's not bad but I know it aint perfect so?
Thanks in advance,
Joe
