Hey everyone, I'm curious about how many people here on TDPRI own Ibanez acoustics (or, indeed, if I'm the only one) and thought that the Guitar Owners Clubs forum might be the best place for it. I personally own an Ibanez V72E in natural and it's a lovely guitar with bright, singing tones. The only complaint I have is that mine seems to go slightly flat about 6-7 hours after tuning but it doesn't go majorly flat and, since it has a built-in tuner, it's easily remedied when it does. So, who else owns them?

Well I use an AW CE15 for what its worth great gigging Electro acoustic. Cant Imagine many posters here though Ibanez are too well known for their pointy electrics for people to consider their Acoustics.

I'm in, I have an Ibanez Concord, it's a 1978 black Hummingbird copy. I found it 4 years ago on the french Ebay, I was looking for a cheap acoustic guitar and got it for €120. It plays nice and sounds great. That's my only acoustic guitar, I'm more into electric and rarely play acoustic sets.

My first guitar was an AEG10 as most acoustics seemed too thick bodied for me when the pick up and feel test was applied.

I have a Ibanez ew20zw
A beautiful guitar...unfortunately no longer sold.
Its tone is a little punchy compared to what i like to play nowadays though...

My first real guitar, first acoustic, was the V300L as pictured (but Lefty) and spec'd here

Picked up in a mall music store in 79 or 80 and never looked back. Played OK but a set-up from a Mom and Pop store improved it immeasurably. Still have it!
BTW 1st electric was a Lefty 85 MIJ 62 Vintage Reissue Tele in tri-burst. Still have it, and my favorite Tele. 52 Blackguard Reissue comes close...

About 18 months ago I bought an AW10,the budget dreadnought with a solid Engelman spruce top. Sounds great and has more importantly has no motheroftoiletseat! Also has the 'rampart' bridge which I have found a brilliant invention and has enabled me to lower the action to match my tele.
Excellent build quality and sound for the price yet some people give them a hard time???

I bought my Ibanez CR80 (http://www.ibanez.co.jp/anniversary/expansion.php?cat_id=207&now=23) Feb. 19th 1996 and play it ever since.
The first "new" guitar I bought myself (back then I had an old nylon acoustic from my mom and a Hohner Strat copy a neighbour lend/sold me) and still love it!! :)

I own this Ibanez AEL20E in deep purple sunburst.
Looks great and has a great Pickup. Not the 100% best guitar to play accoustic, but sounds very nice with the pickup. And yeah.. I love the colour! ;-)

I was walking past apawn shop in Adelaide about a year ago and I saw this in the window. A older lady had brought it in to sell on consignment. She had originally bought it new for her son who apparently was disabled and never really played it. It sat unplayed in its OHSC, with its original strap, for more than 25 years. Except from the usual aging discoloration of the Ibanez bindings - they all do this - it was mint, no rising at the bridge or anything. it also happens to be a real nice player. All I added was a B-Band pickup.
