MIM & MIJ Tele Pickups much less powerful than Strat pickups [Archive]

I'm gigging in a band which requires me to play 4 guitars...

G&L Legacy Special with Gotoh pickups (standard tuning)

No-name Strat Clone with Gotoh pickup installed at neck (open Ab tuning)

MIJ Tele (tuned down to Eb)

MIM Tele (tuned to open E)

On all these guitars, I use the neck pickup 99% of the time. When I switch to either of the Tele's, my volume drops significantly and I have to boost it with foot pedals.

As far as I know the Tele's have stock pickups in them. Any suggestions on what to upgrade to in order to get some power out of the next pickups on the Tele's?
