delay for "holiday in cambodia" sound

Now that my friends want to cover Holiday in Cambodia I think it's time for me to upgrade the delay pedal on my board.

I don't use that much delay, usually. I have a little dano PB&J pedal that I only use for slapback.

which pedal would be best suited for this sound? I'm not looking for an expensive boutique pedal. I think I can choose between the following three options over here:
- Boss RE 20 Space echo
- MXR Carbon copy
- EH Memory Boy

I'd go for the Carbon Copy, I have been looking into one secondhand as my Roland RE-201 is about to go into the shop for servicing. I'm not a fan of digital delay or EH.

my old ibanez AD-9 nails it,but pretty much any vintage analog delay by DOD/MXR/KMD/Guyatone/Pearl/Maxon or Electro Harmonix should do it.
