USACG BODIES: sanded and sealed?

Does USACG sand and seal their bodies before shipping them out?

I have bought two bodies and necks from them. Both were sanded to perfection but not sealed. I think they would for a price if you requested it. They are good people to do Biz. with. The guy I talked with was Tommy, he loves guitars and making his customers happy. I was a pain in the A$$ and he never complained once.
