Another Melbournian Joins The Crew

Hi to All

I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks and decided to register so I can get into the action.

My name is Theo and I've only started playing guitar for a couple of months now. So far, I can only play chords and a couple of blues riffs that I learned off youtube.

Just over a month ago I bought I bought my first guitar. Its a Squier Standard Telecaster. I tried a few guitars but fell in love with sound from the Tele.

I've also got a 1979 Twin Reverb which I got up and running. The speakers got reconed and new output tubes.

Hi Theo, you've got some nice gear to start of with there. I'm sure you'll enjoy it here and nice to see another "local". There are a lot of Aussies here and plenty from Melbourne as you've probably worked out. You'll get plenty of good advice here so ask lots of questions.

I am only new to Guitar again myself after playing on and of over the years .I bought my first Tele a few months ago and have never looked back I am really enjoying playing it . Mate I love your guitar case looks awsome do you mind me asking if you bought it in OZ and how much it set you back ?
