Does anyone have a diagram for a Super 5-way with:

1 - Neck
2 - Neck and Bridge in Series
3 - Neck and Bridge in Parallel
4 - Bridge
5- (off)

Thanks.

Minions, there is a circuit for two pickups with the Superswitch that they call 'Son of Double Trouble'. IT will do what you want...not in that order, though...plus one other selection....but it doesn't do the kill function. You could always do what players have done forever....roll the vol pot down? (;^) OR.....if you wire it this way, you could study the thing and see if the last position could take everything to ground and stay separate from the other 4 selections. I would have to have a switch wired in front of me to figure out if that could be done.
A 4-way switch does your selections..again not in that order....but once again you would have to roll the vol pot to 'off' to kill things. Imho, rolling the pot down is less troublesome than making that selection on a 5 way...especially if the selector lever is at the other end of the switch from the kill position. YMMV

Thanks. The reason I wanted the kill position is because I also have a middle pickup and I'm going to have an SPST on-off switch for it. I am then going to add a switch to make that in-series with the circuit (if you have any suggestions for that, that would be great).

Thanks again.

Why not have:

1. bridge
2. bridge + neck (series)
3. bridge + neck (parallel)
4. neck
5. middle

And then use the switch to kill the middle?

If you have a middle pickup there are other possibilities, such as:

1. bridge + middle (series)
2. bridge + middle (parallel)
3. neck + middle (parallel)
4. neck + middle (series)
5. neck

Or:

1. bridge
2. bridge + middle (series & parallel)
3. bridge + neck (series & parallel)
4. neck + middle (series & parallel)
5. neck
6th option of middle only in position 3 with a push-pull (or a toggle)

where series/parallel is selected with an S-1 switch

I think this is what you are looking for.

I'd use a 4-way switch to get the first 4 combinations you mention, and a 3-way (toggle or mini-switch), to switch between middle PU by itself - whatever is chosen by the 4-way by itself - combination of the middle PU and whatever is chosen by the 4 way...

Just wire up the two Tele PUs with the 4-way according to the diagram it comes with; then wire up the 3-way like you would with a Les Paul - except that one of the pickusp is replaced by the hot wire coming from the 4-way switch...
