Advice on a neck swap

Hey guys, I have a modified classic 50's Esquire that I am interested in swapping the neck on. I want to put on a neck from a new MIM Standard Strat or Tele as I own a '08 MIM Standard Strat and much prefer its playability over my Esquire's neck, mostly because of the frets (I don't mind the difference in radius or profile, just the fret size). Should I A) get the Esquire neck refretted and replace the nut or B) sell the neck and bolt on a replacement? I know I can get a new Allparts or new MIM Standard neck for about $200 including a new nut and shipping (if I use one of my spare sets of tuners), but how much would a refret and nut replacement run me on the original neck? I have experience with working on guitars and have built many from parts, but I haven't done a refret before and I wouldn't want to make a poly finished maple neck my first project. Advice? Thanks!

Never mind, I ended up ordering an Allparts TRO-C neck and a graphite nut. I'll just transfer over my tuners and string tree.
