someone's home video of my band "Gemini Cricket" playing at Trash Bash '09. We were embarrassingly hammered and somehow stumbled through our set:

brass compensated saddles, 4 way selector switch (bridge/both series/neck/both parallel), Fender Custom Shop Nocaster pickups.

Amps: '05 reissue '65 Deluxe reverb, 60's Bogen Challenger p.a. w/ Avatar cab w/2x12 celestion vintage 30's.

If you're gonna play for other people, play sober. Plenty of time to party after.

most recorded rock and blues music for sure has been done by folks with an alterd mood and or enhanced state of mind while playing i dont see a problem or a trend just people having fun. thumbs up from this ole rocker!

Activities I do not do well drunk is golf, play guitar and change my kid's diaper (This I learned the hard way from my wife). Anything else I am good at or so it seems....

When we were kids we heard that the Stones made most of their records totally wasted.
So we did that for two sessions. During the sessions we thought we were killing it. A few days later and sober we realized two things. 1) Why the Stones are considered one of the best rock bands of all time. 2) We aint the Stones. I never played wasted again , just doesnt work for me .
